• Males are normally the best choice to teach an At-Risk male how to be a man.
• By virtue of attaining adult status as a male, he has the gender and the cultural perspective to accurately address the developmental challenges facing At-Risk males.
• Males need roadmaps for coping with, controlling, and conquering issues of boyhood and manhood.
